We offer refunds or exchanges within two days from the date of purchase. If more than two days have passed, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging intact. Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges are processed only if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon inspection. All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions. Please ensure the product is carefully checked upon delivery to avoid inconvenience and to ensure timely resolution of any eligible claims.

For approved return or exchange requests, once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt. Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if made within one day of placing the order. Requests may not be approved if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.
- Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the delivered product quality is found to be unsatisfactory.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to customer service within one day of delivery. The request will be reviewed after verification by the seller or merchant.
- If the product differs from the description or expectations, notify customer service within one day of receipt for review and resolution.
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.
- Approved refunds will be processed within five days.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped using registered domestic courier services or speed post only. Shipments are dispatched within five days from the date of order or payment, or as per the delivery timeline confirmed at the time of purchase, subject to courier or postal service norms. The Platform Owner is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. All orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. Service delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID. Any shipping charges applied by the seller or Platform Owner are non-refundable. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues beyond our control.
